7 For nation will arise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 But all these things are[a] a beginning of birth-pains. 9 Then[b] they will hand you over to affliction, and they will kill you. And you will be being hated by all the nations because of My name.

Or, At that time (at the time of the birth-pains). The meaning can be affected by which rendering is chosen. This word is also in 24:10, 14, 16, 21, 23, 30, 40; 25:1, 7, 31, 34, 37, 41, 44, 45.
